Help with drip irrigation?
Hey, im working on my eagle project and part of the call for irrigation drip, I was told to use a pipe size PVC and all, but some Im gonna talk to him about it. but my question is Ive seen rubber hoses for drip irrigation, and it seems much easier to install and less expensive, so I was wondering how it works and limitations or things I should know, as can be in the sun all day? (This is sunny California)
I let my irrigation pipes drip into the garden all year. You can cover them with mulch if you are concerned about sun damage. Mine are those flexibility of other answerer mentioned. I bought them in a garden center and they are linked together like a regular garden hose. They are great because I do not have to stay there all day and irrigation water goes where it should do the most good. It is not only the evaporation with a more traditional garden hose or sidewalk with a brush.
