Refrigerator water tastes like plastic door??

We just got a new refrigerator, a KitchenAid Superba with AquaSense filtration system water, and I think the water tastes bad plastic. The filter is new – the remaining 90% mark in the display. My husband does not seem to notice, but it seems very obvious. Does anyone knows what can be? Will probably disappear after a break-in period?? TIA for any thoughts.

The same thing happens to us when we got our new fridge. Yes it does disappear. Just keep flowing.
