I was using bottled water (for the first two months assuming that it was much better than our tap water, but then this lady told me that there BPA in the bottles of bottled water comes from! Ughh … but my tap water has fluoride … that if not, give the baby: (so I'm confused .. im filtered tap water from a pitcher brita and appears now that that is better than the BPA .. but what do you think? what you use? (I'm still breastfeeding .. i do everything I can, but I always had to complete from day one! She could get only about Two ounces of me during the shot)

Fluoride is good. I have no idea where you heard fluoride is bad. It's what keeps the cavities of the teeth. So at 4 months, when it could start getting teeth is necessary for fluoride to the teeth free of decay – as well as brushing and example of course. Excess fluoride (The use of real thooth pulp in young children) can cause white spots on the teeth.BPA however, cause cancer. You are not producing enough milk because propbably you also get your breast feeding enough or not taking enough calories. The more you breastfeed the more milk will be. The least that feed the less milk will. Why not use water Nusery Distell water with fluoride added? Here is the website: http://www.nurserywater.com/
